And actually, the penumbra thing was brought up in the GRISWOLD case.

And it's absolutely friggin correct. I don't think we should try to construct a new stand-alone "right" but it is clear from the words in the 9th, 4th, and 1st that there is something that is akin to "right to privacy."

Sorry, this is fertile ground for the SC. Otherwise the state can reserve for itself anything not covered in 1-8.

Several leaps in logic you are making and assuming. The privacy issue is a canard, if you have been reading the thread.

No one wants the gov in the bedroom. The question is do we want norms to keep economic externalities and protect YOUR private property.

Homo/bi behaviour has enormous government and insurance costs.

I hope you are ready to start paying taxes in texas to pay for this. Look what happens in places like sweden, cali and here in NYC where you have permissivness subsidizes.

Its a paradox, but true.
