This is further proof of Iraq's emphasis on "dual use" chemicals, production facilities, etc. That was the strategy.

You can't pin anything on them if there's a dual use and the product you find is in it's pre-processed form.

This WAS the strategy.

We shouldn't be looking ONLY for fully processed chem weapons; we should be looking for the legal chemicals that are used as part of the recipe to produce the illegal chemicals.

All of what you say may be true but really is going to nail them is all of those DOCUMENTS! Now,I wonder what kind of excuse they'll have for them? I think they have a lot of splaining' to do!
