Everything I write, unless I place it in quotes, is my opinion. There are few "facts" that we'll all agree on. I base my opinion, however, on my life experience and education, along with research, when needed.

You're free to accept or reject my opinion at any time. I will continue to have one, however. You will notice that I said that _I_ would not hire such a person. It's all opinion.
