June 25, 2003 -- Two techies who were canned after reporting child pornography on a New York Law School professor's computer are proof that the state's whistleblower law must be toughened, a state senator said yesterday.

Edward Samuels, 54, was sentenced to six months in jail on Monday for possessing a massive and sickening stash of child pornography, including images of babies being sexually assaulted and young children being whipped.

This is outrageous as was the sentence the prof got.He loved real pictures of baby rape. I hope he spends 6 months in hell in jail.I'll bet the techs win their suit.

Samuels was placed on paid leave from the school after his arrest.

The vile, totally repugnant and reprehensible depth these people went to is simply inconceivable to the normal mind; anyone so wicked and twisted should be put to death as their crimes against humanity have no explanation other than their brains are diseased beyond hope of any repair. Their crimes are so heinous, existing laws don’t cover them, what we do have in a way protects them.

Turned loose in society ever again means they will repeat their hellish practices somewhere else, there is no cure for the gangrenous condition of their thinking, so cut out and destroy the tissue that is infected and that is the brain. The death penalty is the only solution and the ‘teeth’ needed.

Similar thing happened when I was a PC tech at Motorola, but different outcome. The engineer with the kiddy porn on his PC was escorted to a squad car, and the techs who turned him in were given an atta-boy.
