Sounds good to me. That is exactly what he should do, maybe not make it mandatory, but surely make it optional and easy to do( i.e. repeal all the insane gun control laws).

I shoot with a guy from Switzerland. He's told me about the 'family' assault weapon, annual training, inventories, etc.
