That's the point -- even if you *won* this case in court (and I'm betting that does not happen), even if you put IBM out of business (yeah, right!), it will only serve to strengthen Linux.

Attacking companies will not squash technologies.

Not to mention it's fascist to even try . . .

Harr you've converted me. I now see the light. I thought we wanted to be an honest and civil society that followed laws grounded in time honored traditions and reason. But now I see the advantage of anarchy. I say we don't stop at technology. You know if enough of the society starts robbing banks and shooting anyone that opposes us--soon we can have all the money. Sure the money won't be yours for long as someone else will steal it from you, but what the hell that's what we want.

Where's are next clan rally? We might as well get rid of people who don't look like us too. No need for them getting in on the action.
