Drudge was mentioning this on his Sunday night show. That is between his hysterics about Gates and spam and the very thought that there would be cameras in public spaces.....

if chinese fireworks commercially available in some states are considered a terrorist threat, than there will be some small terrorist activity in Branford for the fourth, as well as some imbibing the demon brew from St. Louis.

I live in Texas and they sell fireworks here. That scares me a heck of a lot more than any terrorist attack.

What makes orange fireworks?
The origin of fireworks go back about a thousand years, when the Chinese invented black powder. This black powder continues to be a major component of modern day fireworks. Pyrotechnic compositions have an oxidiser, fuel, and special effects, which produce the different colors.
ORANGE fireworks are created by calcium salts, such as calcium chloride and calcium sulfate. The range of wavelengths associated with orange fireworks includes several bands, 591-599nm, with the most intense band being 603-608nm.

July 4th "coincides" with my annual shutzenfest. I figure on killing a thousand rounds of 5.56mm and a boatload of 9mm and .40SW. May me and the ragheads can arrange a little "get together"?

You seem to be implying that the previous alerts were a failure. It's it as likely that they were sucessfull, and attacks were prevented?

Americans gather together in large groups on holidays which are either based upon our independence or on our religious freedoms. They will probably be looking for soft targets.
I think they will be planting chatter and probably have in the past as a diversion.

We have two choices: Be vigilant or be afraid. Of course I wonder "what if" because we do have porous borders that concerns me. Who is coming and going and do we know about it? I never do anything on the 4th anyway.
