This whole re-segregation claim is pissing me off. They make it sound like he's proposed reintroducing white and colored water fountains.

Disapproving of racially-biased-affirmative-action-hiring-policies, is in no way supporting racially-biased-segregationist-hiring-policies.

Who's doing you the better favor, people? The person that says: "You're so unskilled and useless that you cant compete fairly in the workplace and thus need special help getting a job." Or the person that says: "You are just as intelligent and competant as the next person, and I believe in your ability to get a job all by yourself."

It's not like affirmative action is a valid means to eliminate racial discrimination: Once they've met their quota of minorities, a racist employer will then be able to turn down qualified minority applicants without worry.
