Yap, the snowball starts rolling. This decision simply pointed to the necessary administrative trickery in order to make it legally unconstitutional. Expect to be treated by incompetent doctors and your will to be written in a way that supports "diversity". And I don't agree that the decision is about race. The real goal is to stuff the judicial system with dumb suckers that are bent on favoritism. Competence is out of the window, favoritism and victimology become the official ideologies of the US. Notice how the admission in law school is purely at the mercy of the school bureaucracy. They've got total, unconditional and unchecked control over our tax money. In 25 years competent lawyers and judges will be the minority (not that minority! :) But a competent, clear and moral judicial power is the immune system of society. What we got today is AIDS.
