Excellent! Had the undergrad points system been upheld, that would've been a true travesty. I can somewhat accept the law school decision - although I would've chosen a different outcome..

I agree. I would like to have seen both cases go against affirmative action, but the undergrad policy was the more insidious one. The spin by the media is that Affirmative Action has emerged unscathed. This is not true. Things could be a hell of alot worse for conservatives today.
