Could you clarify the headline? It was accurate for a short while, but the bigger story is that although the mild version used at the law school is okay, the rigid point system used in undergraduate school is not acceptable.
Maybe something like "Supreme Court Rejects Undergrad Affirmative Action, Accepts Milder Law School Scheme"
