To each his own, but I don't like to nap. I usually wake up feeling groggy, and that feeling often lasts the rest of the day.

It takes practice and technique.

Napping isn't for sissies, ya' know. ;o)

Me too, if I nap for more than an hour and a half or so. For some reason, the short naps (hour or less) don't leave you feeling so zonked out.
