What "work accident" are you talking about, AE? Are there any Azeri Jamaat (or for that matter Chechens as well) in the Horn of Africa region?

As far as Azeris or Chechens for that matter in Africa, almost certainly yes for the former, especially among the Sudanese mujahideen. I haven't seen any reports of the latter crop up, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did.
