The actions I mentioned in my first post bear Powell's imprint. Yes. I have to blame the President for pushing this horrible Roadmap stuff, but at least he didn't follow through on Powell's suggestion not to bomb Afghanistan during Ramadan.
Powell is too much of an appeaser and his WMD idea may have cost the administration credibility. I still think they should've gone with Laurie Mylroe's training the 9/11 terrorists.
