The ACLU is a hotbed of commies and lefties. The notion that Barr and his compatriots are going to make them see the light is humorous.
If libertarian Republicans are unhappy with the PAtriot et al, I would suggest they form their own "union".
Well, there is the Institute for Justice referred to above. I don't know that they have challenged USA PATRIOT, though.
