BTW, if these two illustrations don't establish me as a person of pure intellect, I don't know what will!

I miss Bill the Cat, aaaaccckkkhhh!

What's with the matchmaking at the end? I said I was married with children, but they still gave me two women as possible matches within my geographical area.
BTW, my score was...144.

127 here. Laughable, since it said I "must be proficient in mathematics," a subject I failed miserably in school.

I took this test on FR about a half a year ago. ....I'm sure the thread can still be excavated.

"I miss Bill the Cat, aaaaccckkkhhh!"Granted. But I don't miss Berke Breathed.

I don't know about the validity of the test, but I'd love to compare freeper scores with DU members' scores. I think we'd see a sizable gap in IQ in favor of the freepers.

hehe ... 138 here and I'm a Visionary Philosopher.
"The first thing we can tell you about that is you're equally good at mathematical and verbal tasks, and learn best through experience."
well, those are canned responses but they're pretty accurate ... and the score falls almost in the middle of the scores from the other IQ tests I've taken ... not bad for free ...
yeah, the matchmaking thing is weird ... and 2 total misses, anyway ... LOL ...

135 here (not bragging....just lucky, I guess.)
....we can tell your Intellectual Type is a Facts Curator.
The first thing we can tell you about that is you've fed your brain a unique collection of facts and figures over the years.
Must be why I do so well on "Jeopardy".

Must be why I do so well on "Jeopardy". Tried out for "Jeopardy!" myself, about 15 years ago. USO sponsored a contestant search at military bases in Japan. I missed being selected by 2 questions on their sample game.

I got a 141: Visionary philosopher. Pretty similar result to other tests I've taken. Not a bad quick freebie. Anybody get any whoppers? What are the catagories that come with higher scores?

I'm a visionary philosopher too and think the description is fairly accurate.
Have you ever done the Myers-Briggs personality sorter? It's fun and revealing, and I think it's pretty accurate.

I didn't take that one but I think they applied it to the employees of one of my clients ... yeah, the description is strikingly accurate ...

I took the test, and it said I got a 181 . . .
But I think I was reading it upside down.

Tried out for "Jeopardy!" myself, about 15 years ago. That's been one of my dreams ever since Art Fleming was the host.

I missed one question, but when I went to see what I did wrong, I am sure that I had the right answer. Somehow I must have clicked on the wrong one, I guess.

Well, 131 isn't horrible. Kinda wondering which ones I missed, though.
And the ladies weren't bad looking, either. :)
