Infineon Raceway is one of the premier road racing venues in the country, and one of the few on the NASCAR Winston Cup Series circuit. The facility first opened in 1968 and serves as the gateway to the beautiful and scenic Sonoma Valley, which serves as one of the top wine-producing regions in the world.

1/8 mile might be a bit of a problem for 43 cars :-)

Both Wallaces seem to be having a problem braking. Rusty reported burning brake fluid, and Kenny's using just about anything he can to slow down late in the corners.

ANOTHER off-track excursion not involving Jack Sprague, as Nemechek overdrove turn 10.

I spoke too soon about Sprague. He and Park got together for full-course caution #3, taking care of 2 wreckers at once.

OK...not Jack's fault---innocent he is, with a hard luck story to go with it.

And the rest of the story is Bovine spinning and instead of staying high, he pulled right in front of Sprague.

Petty's car looks a lot like Bodine's usual ride today. Sorry about besmirching Todd.

I got back just in time to see a Sprague wreck.

Sorry I had to bug out for awhile to run to the airport.

Caught the Fellows pass for the lead, that was sweet.
