Yeah, as I understand it, some here want the federal government to draw all the lines and others would prefer that sponsors, parents and viewers play the major role in drawing the lines.

That's the issue here, isn't it?

I think so, Yes. Same goal, different tactics. I don't claim to be correct in everything, and I am far from perfect, but I am of the opinion that my way is right. If I wasn't, it wouldn't be my opinion ;0)

I think we are all in agreement with regard to defining the problem - it's the solutions that need to be worked out.
