The birth of Big Brother.

These people are insane. It's time to close our border with Canada and let the polar bears clean up the country.

I see no agenda in a country which is allowing homosexual marraige and ruling biblical passages referencing homosexual behavior in a negative light as hate speech, do you?
Let us all hope that Canada continues to lean so far left that it induces all of the lefties here to head for their utopia. It will be fun to watch which group of people gets to fund all of lefty-fun!

There's some stuff in the Bible that offends all sinners. Take your pick.
Why do homosexuals think they are so special?

the commission ruled that the code can place "reasonable restriction" on Owen's religious expression, because the ad exposed the complainants "to hatred, ridicule, and their dignity was affronted on the basis of their sexual orientation." Say, didn't Canada set up a Megan's Law? Wonder what happens when that meets this commission.

Seriously,
Buy one of these stickers:
http://www.cafeshops.com/canadaright And drive into Canada, see if you can get arrested for commiting a 'hate crime'. I'm going to use most of the profits from this to take out an ad like the original one taken out, possibly as part of an effort to appeal these awful laws in the Supreme Court. If I were to lose an appeal in the Supreme Court on these grounds alone, I would seriously consider crossing into the United States and seeking asylum.

I don't know why it's such a big deal with Canada states this, hardly anyone brings up the fact that the UN had gone this route long ago.
Yes, it is only a matter of time.
To: DoughtyOne
I wonder what would happen if I placed an ad in a Canadian paper? hehe

Do we have an extradition treaty with Canada?
Hate crimes or crimes against humanity are considered serious. In these folk's eyes you'd rank right up there with the KKK et al.
To: DoughtyOne
I think the public outcry from the U.S. wouldn't let extradition happen.

Islam - "religion of peace"
Christianity - "religion of hate"
Oh, and we're not living in the last days, sure.

Outcry for a person considered to be the equal of a KKK member. To you and I this is absurd, but by the time the media got through with you I doubt either of us would see it that way in the end.
To: DoughtyOne
I would make it anonymous somehow.

The insanity in Canada these days...........simply out of control. Pathetic.

"In other words, the biblical passage which suggests that if a man lies with a man they must be put to death exposes homosexuals to hatred." Suggests?
Well, then, using that fine piece of reasoning we can conclude that any judge that sentences a homosexual for anything is hateful. Any president that suggests the death of terrorists is hateful. Anyone who suggests the death of child molesters is hateful.

One wonders how it was the judge in the case proving to his satisfaction that the alleged homosexual plaintiffs had standing?
