Brett Bednarek, 27, was also charged with capital murder in the 1999 death of Cristy Ryno, but the recent trial dealt only with the sexual assault charge.This was the trial for the rape. Now that his guilt has been established, it'll be a slam-dunk for the capital murder for which he will get the death penalty.
