OK, embarrassing is the wrong word. Lets just say that mass buyings, particularly if they are disguised, will be counterproductive.

I think maybe "offensive" or "put-offish" would be appropriate. Hillary will feel no shame for the scam she's perpetrating, but the public should be offended and put-off by it.
