Ted Nugent will be doing a book signing on Friday June 20 at the Winter Park FL Borders bookstore. He'll be signing copies of his book 'Kill It and Grill It' from 3-5 PM. I know this only pertains to central Florida, but I wanted to be sure tha folks that don't check into their locale would be aware of it. Should be interesting!! Maybe would could have a mini-FReep convention or something.

I had a picture e-mailed to me yesterday.

It showed a picture of a grazing moose and had the words:

"There's room for all God's creatures...

Right next to the mashed potatoes."

He was here in Brentwood, TN a few Fridays ago. Heckuva nice guy...shook hands, always took a minute to talk, praised the local cops who were there as security, etc. He'll sign any book you bring in, but if you want to get an album or CD signed, there's an extra charge.

I just saw the nuge open for ZZ Top in Charlotte a few weeks ago. He puts on a good show and makes it clear which side he is on when it comes to politics. Highlights were him shooting an arrow into a Saddam cutout, telling everyone to support the NRA and trashing the dixie chicks, oh, and of couse Stranglehold!

I thought he had a new book out named Full Frontal Nuggity, for some reason.

Freepers: read Nugent's books, they are great. He is smart by any standard and a genius by rock star standards. Probably because he stayed sober during his stadium concert days, his recollections are clearest. A must read.
