So glad you asked. NBC11-San Jose just reported that Geragos, Dalton, et al. have contacted SFPD regarding Evelyn Hernandez and have requested "files". The SF County prosecutor has filed papers in court to block them from receiving said files. The prosecutor maintains that the Hernandez case is not related to the Laci Peterson case.

Ray!! I JUST CANNOT believe the gall of these guys. Gergos will have to convince a Judge that he has "evidence" that could connect the cases. Since his last slap by Judge B. about Geragos not producing any Evidence to back up his Satanic theory and other assorted idiotic theories, he wants THAT Judge removed. Far as I'm concerned the Public Defender would have done a better job than Geragos & Co. with their constant stream of claptrap!! Can you imagine how all of this stuff is affecting Laci's family?

I saw a report last night that SF offiials are trying to keep thier distance from the Laci case, they feel ther is NO connection...also saw short interview with Evelyn's sis and she is convinced that her married boyfriend is resposible for the murders. (Evelyn's son is still missing) The boyfriend has lawyered up and is not co-operating with LE...
