Rejoing UNESCO was supposed to help convince the UN go along with us into Iraq. They didn't so I don't see any reason why this should happen. Screw the UN.

Strategdy? yes, it sure is, the purpose to over take the USA and her people! You like doing research, research UNESCO. What you find will curl your hair.
I'd start with finding out if you live in a fringe area of a UNESCO biosphere. Over 70 million acres in the USA are defined as biospheres!

I'm up to date on UNESCO. And yes, I do live in a UNESCO biosphere.
My point was, as long as our administration is a member, they are up to date about what they are doing. They can attend meetings and have access to files.
Type of intelligence gathering.
