An Israeli security official says that the USA has given the Palestinian Security Office, headed by Mohammad Dahlan 300 Million dollars to rebuild the appartus of Palestinian security and to prepare them for the upcoming Israeli leave from areas in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
