Yeah, I've wondered about that myself. News reports seems to say that many sadistic predators don't have a big problem finding victims who are at least semi-willing (like the women who agreed to take GHB for this wierdo). I can't imagine what kind of pickup approach these guys must have.

In the Boxley case, he arranged the date by giving her the keys to his Jag. But she left her umbrella in the car which might be used as evidence to indict him......heheh.
Looking at pictures of Boxley, I leep wondering what these women were thinking. Of course, he had power and worked for the top Dummycrat. Impressionable, unsophisticated girls would have been fascinated.

doubt it will be a problem in this case... he's an American citizen in Mexico illegally... they'll probably just deport him, which is a lot faster than a formal extradition.
