The Bible says an elder must be the "Husband of one wife". What Scriptural evidence do you have that leads you to believe that the Scripture is wrong? My guess (I don't know) is that most people believe in women's ordination because it makes them feel good. There is no Scriptural basis for it but there is Scriptural basis against it. It's one of those things things that is so clear, no one can see it. IMHO
"Husband of one wife"....knowing that all church leaders in the early church were male of cultural necessity, could simply mean "monagomous." Martin Luther didn't think women were even smart enough to read, and that was in 1517. Scripture is inerrant, but assumed interpretations of issues like the role of women, are not.
