If the computer is destroyed, there may not be evidence to prove the violation. There will be liability for damage to the equipment and damage to the business interests of the party who owned the damaged computer.Great point, I think I would almost enjoy losing everything on my computer-because I'm taking money out of hungry Record Execs mouths, just to take on Orrin Hatch.
To think I respected this guy for fighting for Estrada and Owens, what an absolute moron, and corporate shill.

He indeed is a corporate shill -- for the music industry he hopes to take by storm as a "rising star;" for the pharmaceutical industry; for the legal profession; and, last but not least, for the innumerable hucksters who continue to peddle without oversight and regulation their generally useless and often harmful "nutritional suplements" from the backwaters of Utah. Thanks for reminding me, PRoLA.....

The only one who thinks Orrin Hatch is tough is his little sister. What a tool!
