Possible, but not probable.....not to say they won't file for it on day 2. But, all the arguments they are using right now about it being sour grapes and undoing the election and wasting $30 million can be turned against them.

Unlikely, unless the new governor makes serious mistakes and lies like Davis. Even then, the signatures only ensure a recall election, not necessarily removal which requires 50%+1 of the recall election vote. Lots of people will be willing to give a GOP governor a chance if he is willing to institute some drastic reforms.
