I dont know how it will be much of an interview about her ordeal,she supposedly gave statements that she didnt remember most of it. They can ask her about before and after from what I can tell.I hope everything is above board and this young women hasnt been used but you can never tell.
Regardless she went through a lotand so did others.

Agreed. She is a young girl who has been through a lot. Leave her alone until and if she is ready to talk. The media blitz and the $$$ may cause her and her family to sell her out to the media whores.

I think it's a tough situation. She deserves to be left alone. But I assume her family's not rich, and it's hard to resist the kinds of deal being offered.

In any case, although I usually agree with Cavuto on most matters, I think he's off base here. Jessica doesn't need to be pressed on the issues raised by some liberal newspapers. The newspapers in question need to be pressed for many dubious and unsourced claims.

Besides which, she's still in the military, and I suspect the brass probably want no one answering these questions until they can come up with a full report themselves that will put all these scummy questions to rest.

Thank you! I really don't get all the attention this story is getting. Where is the story of her fallen comrades? Why all the secrecy? What goes on here?

I can see a book coming out in a year or so, but the pressure to commit to doing the BIG interview with the ratings whores is unconscionable. At this point, I'd rather see Howard Stern interview Jessica than DianeKatieBabaWawa. He'd treat her with more respect and at least make her laugh.

She signed up for active duty and had boots on ground in a war zone.She is a Veteran of a Foreign War.
I expect every VFW and every Veteran to rally to her side to tell every POS reporter and all members of the "public" to get their minds and their mouths off one of our own.
Dont allow the press or the brass to use this 19 year old soldier for propoganda.

What I think the press is up to re. PFC Lynch can't be repeated. Lets just say they don't honor the military and they don't respect our CIC.

I agree.......... I don't buy the 'amnesia', which her father all but denied in an interview not too long ago. I think things happened that would be better left either unsaid, or at least not past of a big media hype, but perhaps said only to appropriate Military authorities. Another thread here talks of the Jessica issue (again - from another one of those BBC reports) and people bring up the situations of the female POWS of the first Gulf war, and their eventual admissions of what happened to them. I think Jessica should be left alone - she owes no one anything. She served and paid dearly. Leave her in peace.

This might be the first time I've disagreed with Cavuto. I think he's just wrong. His focus isn't on Jessica as much as media fairness. *shrug*
