My Irish grandfather told the best Irish jokes ---he knew every Pat and Mike joke ---jokes aren't hate no matter what political correctness says. I don't understand the defensiveness ----obviously this bishop doesn't represent the Church but the fact that he's still a bishop is a very bad reflection on the current hierarchy. The American Catholic Church has some serious problems and they need to fix them. The Church will survive this fool.
