Personally, I prefer to downplay accusations that the Clintons are MURDERERS...

It is so much EASIER to identify them as LIARS and CROOKS and - unfit to lead this country.

EVERYONE can agree with that "mainstream" position, even most of the RATs.

If we try to push the other, however, we may appear to be too "radical" for the average citizens in America - who do NOT eat, sleep and breathe politics.

You're right about not mentioning the fact that they've had people killed. If they haven't been prosecuted, then it never happened. Bill is a narcissist who can't keep his pants buttoned, and Hill is a sociopathic executioner. You can't get anything to stick to people like that.
