Could we develope a 4-7 item check list.

I'm a bit concerned that the opposition may begin to try and marginalize our precious FREEPERS out of the ball park any way possible.

If we had a short check list that was standardized, we could monitor such with some quantitative data all across the Nation.

Just a thought. Worth it?

Perhaps something like:

PLEASE RATE 1-4 WITH 4 MOST SUITABLE:

1) ___ PROXIMITY: Were FREEPERS allowed close enough to have a fair and reasonable chance at the bulk of passersby and line standers?

2) ___ BARRIERS: Were there unsuitable barriers degrading the visibility, influence of FREEPERS compared to the opposition?

3) ___ VEHICLE TRAFFIC: Was vehicle traffic evidently used to diminish FREEPERS visibility and influence vis a vis the opposition.

4) ___ NOISE: Was chronic noise a problem persistently drowning out FREEPERS chants.

Anything else?

IT OCCURS TO ME, we should have some other info on each card/sheet--AND THAT IF WE DID, we could use the info to predict the best sites for FREEPING during the 2004 election season:

Perhaps something like:

LOCATION: _____________________________________________
address; city; State; Zip Code

DATE: _________________________________________________

TIME: _________________________________________________

OTHER WORTHWHILE NOTES: _______________________________
