One hopes that this will ever be the case, Nebullis. But again, what is normative and what we actually get are quite often two different things. Some folks would gladly go down with the ship of a bad idea rather than admit its badness.... Especially if one has made a name for himself on the basis of that idea, and has strong peer and institutional support for it.

Sorry you think I don't read your posts. Actually, I do. It's just we sometimes seem to have difficulty understanding each other. Which is understandable, since we have quite different knowledge bases and experiences. But I truly do welcome the opportunity nonetheless.
