Do you have no fault in your state? Worst idea ever hatched insurance-wise to my mind. People feel even more free to drive like loonies.

We do have no-fault down here in Florida. My attorney told me that the studies show that 70% of drivers on Florida roads are uninsured. Sadly, the government here, like most states, just passes laws and enforces them when the whim hits them or they can make a buck or two on it.
