Please post any live WEB CAM links for IRAN that may cover the current or ongoing uprisings.
Please also try to keep the "chat" to a minimum on this thread.
There is a separate thread for news/chat on the uprisings/demonstrations here: Huge Demonstration Planned for Sunday Evening in Iran
TOPICS: Culture/Society; Foreign Affairs; Government; News/Current Events; War on Terror
KEYWORDS: iran
Tons of webcams here:

You'll have to search through it yourself to see which ones you like and which ones are active at the time. Remember that Iran is 9-12 hours ahead of the US, so it is DARK there when it is daylight here. So if you don't see anything on a particular cam, it could be because it is nighttime and the camera is not fitted with a night-vision lens.
Here is another one for Iran that I have found; doesn't seem to be streaming though:

This is what I got when I tried the second webCam site, Ganjineh Global Webcams:

When you click on the MOAWW website, you get a huge menu of links on the left side. If you scroll down, you will find about 15 links listed for Iran. They are all TV channel websites. I'm on a dial-up modem, so I have a tough time looking at any of them. But some of you may have success on some of those links. (Keep in mind that many of these links change from time to time, so they may be dead links... just keep trying others until you find one that works.)
During the "war" in Iraq, we were able to watch Al Jazeera, Abu Dhabi, and live streaming web cams from the top of the media hotel in Baghdad. So we should be able to find something semi-useful for Iran.
Right now, I'm not having much luck, but I did get something from the IRIB News link... see if you can get it. My audio isn't working, but maybe you can get it better than I can.

If we could get the word out to the "students" about that apartment building, they could post signs on it for "THE WORLD" to see. Of course we would have to get the word out discreetly, lest the apartment building mysteriously become a pile of rubble. ;-)

This one seems to be working, if anyone can understand this language:

Good idea, maybe someone can recognize where it is and apparently people from here are in phone contact, and could let them know to post a big banner.

Thanks, I'm watching IRIB right now. I can't understand it, but I can understand when they say "George Bush"! LOL
They did briefly show a shot of swarms of demonstrators, and lots of clerics sitting around talking. Hmmmmm...
