Are Iranians using cell phones and instant messaging to communicate plans rapidly? Can you mention anything you have heard about this?

Instant messaging has been important in arranging "instant" mass demonstrations in the Philippines and elsewhere.

A government may suppress the news accounts, but it no longer critical, because the news (and plans) can be sent via instant message from one person to ten to a thousand to a million in a few minutes.

Have you heard of this happening in Iran?

I wonder if they even have cell phones.

In Iraq they had no infrastructure for cell phones at all. I don't know and wonder if they have it in Iran. I kind of doubt it.
