Discovering the truth about Iraqi weapons is important, securing Iraq's democratic future even more so. This will be the final measure of our victory, not how many gallons of anthrax we find.Well said, Senator.

I've said this before about McCain:
While he's often more a hinderance than a help, when he actually goes to bat for the team he quite often hits one OUT OF THE PARK!

This partially makes up (just partially) for the Daschle summit for which we Arizonans royally FReeped him.

The problem with McCain is there's no consistency. He's says one thing one day, the opposite the next. More like he puts his finger up to the wind and says whatever it takes to help John McCain's career.

Holy s--t. McCain sounds like a Republican in this article. Someone administer the smelling salts to me.

Well said, Sen. McCain.

Was he sober or drunk when he said this, so we know which way to keep him.

John is doing his Lon Chaney disgise trick again - Dim-Republican-Dim-Republican...I never know what to think of him any more.
Seems it should suffice to say that anyone who actually believes there are/were no WMD in Iraq is stupid, naive, or stupidly naive. Anyone who tries to question whether or not they exist(ed) for political gain is just plain despicable and (yes, I have to say it) Anti-American and unpatriotic...

If Saddam didn't have them, then pre-emption worked like it suppose to against the bad guys. If had them, then pre-emption was too late, but since he didn't use them, prevention worked just fine.

Did Hell just freeze over?
John McCain said these positive words in the Washington Post.
I must be hallucinating and need to go bed.
