Standardized testing

Is it standardized testing of the parents choosing, like the Stanford or Iowa, or is the only 'allowed' one like the inadequate state test?

It used to be any test of the Iowa or Stanford veriety...I'm not sure, now, with the MCAS and all. I'm retired from the fight. (I won!)

Kiddo #1 is graduating this month with her Marine Engineering degree...2nd in class..and shipping with Exxon in Alaska this summer as a deck cadet...persuing a second degree.

Kiddo #2 is back in school, determined to become a muck-raking conservative journalist. hehe (moved out on her own...got mugged by liberals. Got a cause!)
