Breaking news is stuff like "the space shuttle is exploding" or "bio weapons p'ly found" or "Unemployment #s released, down to 5.6%" or "Davis resigns, Bustamente new governor" (not that that will ever happen).
Rather than "we heard back from BP-Arco".
It's not like the people who didn't open it in Front Page News, FR/Activism, Politics/Elections, California, et al, need another category.
