You are probably not far from an accurate number...

At a time when the government, and ESPECIALLY GW Bush, should be trying to cut government spending, he is pushing yet another government increasing spending spree.

The ONLY positive to this plan - it would fulfill a big campaign promise he made in 2000 -thus possibly buying off Senior voters. This would be a page right out of the liberal left's playbook.

Oh - and one more thing - where in the Constitution does it specifically spell out that the government is suppose to support the old/poor/disadvantaged by taking money from the taxpayers?
