I would like to know more about the modality used in conducting this poll. The article doesn't even tell us WHERE the poll was conducted.
Do settlers pay property tax and to whom?
What about services, I assume they have septic tanks and well water, but what about electricity, telephone, trash, etc...Do they pay any other municipal taxes for these?
