The Yolo County coroner thing is just another example of it, and purely frightful on the summons to have a judge testify? Total disrespectful. ;O(

That was my thought, too. I know I should try to keep a more open mind, but I keep coming back to how he was arrested: disguising his appearance, using a false i.d., close to the border of Mexico, and carrying $10,000. Not even the excuse of "he was innocent, but he was afraid he'd be accused" seems to cover that adequately.
But I could be wrong...if so, I hope Geragos and company prove it, and pronto. (Wouldn't he have brought this out ages ago, though, and saved his client all this grief?)
