From Wilmington. When my daughter was working there she saw him several times at a restaurent he liked to come to. He was very gracious to those who introduced himself to, but local people gave him his space. He was not liberal by today's standards. One of his big buddies was Bob Strauss. He seems to have had only contempt for Clinton.
