Aw, c'mon. You know that Craig just wandered in off the street, picked up a badge he found laying around and started ordering the FBI files all by himself. The Clintons weren't malicious...just amazingly incompetent over extended periods of time. :)

Well, maybe not incompetent, but delusional, like when Clinton's lawyers argued before the House Judiciary Comitee that Bill wasn't a liar, he just has his own reality.
