Some of the text on the signs that makes me howl in laughter - leave it to creative FReepers to cook this stuff up! ;-) Here are the quotes from the "grassy knoll" DC Freepers' signs:
"Hey Hil! What about Juanita Broaddrick? (Rape is not a family value.) (from the "triple threat" FReeper in the "Fry Mumia" t-shirt - sporting 3 signs)
"Hey Hil! Was your persecution of Billy Dale a "faltering misstep of a new administration"? (same as above) "Smartest woman in the world" sez: "Kenneth Starr saved my marriage" BWAHAHAHAHAHA! (same as above)
Third sign has a "new" cover of the book with Hillary's bored face (same as above)
"Where's the silverware?"
"It takes a village to ghostwrite." (by Angelwood!!!)
"Raking in the Money" (by Angelwood)
"Ken Starr's Puritan Zealotry Made Bill Clinton Commit Perjury in a Civil Rights Trial" (by Satan/Dr. Raoul)
"Hillary, No Pardon on Our Deal" (by Satan/Dr. Raoul)
"The Mind is the Most Important Sex Organ - Monica vs. Hillary - Who's the Brightest?"
""Ignoring History" - Bubba's Assaults: Eileen Wellstone, Carolyn Moffet, Juanita Broaddrick, Suzane Coleman, Elizabeth Ward Gracen, Paula Corbin Jones, Sandra Allen James, Christy Zercher, Kathleen Willey"
"Hillary Knew"
"I believe Juanita"
"Will pen any memoir for $8 million" (from the FReeper in the ghost costume)
Living Dead history for Arkancide victims: Vince Foster, Jerry Parks, Ron Brown, Buddy the Dog, etc. .... Who's next? (also from the FReeper in the ghost costume)
"I am too young to know what oral sex is - thanks! NOT Clinton" (by a young FReeper)
"Her Heinous brews another cauldron of lies"
To: Liz
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
To: Paul Atreides
I could picture Hillary going to a school called Hogwarts. Actually, I think that's what Slick Willie has on his Mr. Happy. Her Heinous probably has never contracted them, but I bet a few interns and rape victims may have.

Great job guys as usual. Just a thought: perhaps someone should be taking good pictures of the people in line. It's quite possible that they are using the same people to go to every book signing.

Some more
sign ideas from David Letterman on last night's "Late Show":
Top Ten Things Heard In Line To Buy Hillary Clinton's Book
- 10. "At last we'll cut through the lies and get to the embellished, politically motivated truth"
- 9. "Do we get a discount if we've had sex with Bubba?"
- 8. "Hey, the Whitewater chapter is all shredded"
- 7. "Why ain't your husband king no more?"
- 6. "Hillary Clinton? Crap, I thought it was the new Harry Potter book"
- 5. "That Barnes and Noble cashier looks a lot like Al Gore"
- 4. "I hear the section about Bill is a pop-up book"
- 3. "The last time I was at one of these, Rosalyn Carter showed up drunk"
- 2. "Twenty-eight bucks for a book? That Lewinskys"
- 1. "I feel weird doing this with your wife right there, Mr. Clinton"
#4 is definitely gonna be a new sign for the June 18 McLean, VA FReep. Sorry Kristinn, I can't make today's DC appearance after all; Wish y'all well though and will look forward to your AA report.

It would be awesome to sneak into the line and have Hitlery autograph the book Hell to Pay. Of course it probably couldn't happen with her SS and all the precautions taken to prevent that sort of thing. I would do it, but I doubt she will be coming anywhere near me. I do recall waaay back in 1993 or 1994 that someone had The Bent One sign Rush Limbaugh's "The Way Things Ought To Be".

Leave it to Letterman! Great stuff! And of course Jay Leno seems to be no Clinton fan either. Nobody in the studio audience responded when he asked if anyone had bought her book.

I could picture Hillary going to a school called Hogwarts. Would she be Head Mistress: Dumbulldyke?

Actually works to sign books ... With that bug-eyed open mouth expression we've seen in pictures of her signing one has to wonder what "helper drugs" she's hopped up on to get all those books signed, not to metion actually look at "people" in the face.

I had a blast at this "freep". The moron who kept yelling "go home" made my day. She did not even know who "Juanita" is. She was really giving her daughter a first hand lesson on how NOT to act in public. Every once in a while some arrogant woman would walk across the street and make a personal insult and then would retreat back to the other side as we all answered back to her in unison. All these "kool-aid" drinkers could do was hurl personal insults. Not a single one would address the messages on our signs.
