A search of "Disney Censorship" brings up a lot of matches of people who have a beef about Disney's revision of works. In addition to their own cartoons and features (and even recent tv series), they butcher Hong Kong films (under their "artistic" branch, Miramax).

I also found this online indicating that Modern Disney also re-edited old comic book art (by Walt "Pogo" Kelly") to eliminate cigarettes, knives, etc. The PC police march on.

This isn't anything new. The original Grimm's Fairy Tales are only remotely similar to the ones today. Also, whenever you pick up a copy of what is currently sold as the "original" Grimm's fairy tales, whenever it refers to an "evil merchant", it supposedly originally said an "evil Jew." Almost everything that survives from one generation to the next gets revised to meet the next generations sensibilities.
