library school huh? what did you think when UCLA invited Laura Bush, the First Librarian, as commencement speaker then after the students found out they "dis"-invited her!

I hadn't even heard about it. I guess they were upset that Mrs. Bush might have actually give a speech encouraging students to go out, do their best, and make a positive contribution to society. They probably would have preferred a speech like the one Donahue gave at NC State ("I came here looking for liberals!") and the one given by that NY Times reporter, in which he bashed America.

Unfortunately, I'm sure my masters program would be the same way. We're overrun by socialists that constantly talk about the "genius" of Michael Moore and the evils of the Bush administration.
