Superb post, and yes, it WILL be helpful in dealing with some folks I know. Decent folks, but they only hear the network news--few actual facts. I've printed this out.

Could not agree with you more! Logic, in particular. However, we should not lose sight of just how much of the "where's the WMD" hoopla is politically driven. Many who are trying to drum up a "scandal" over this issue know exactly what they are doing, and know exactly how dishonest their scandal-mongering is. But their objective is not to learn a truth they already know. It is to discredit our victory in Iraq, discredit and politically damage George Bush, and try to make it impossible for the U.S. ever again to use its power without the permission of the "international community."

Take it easy guys. What I'm suggesting is that the poster's comments go in the Comment section (ever wonder why it's called that?), not in the section where the body of the Article goes.
Fifteen, twenty seconds into the post I'm still wading through the poster's remarks, which isn't what I clicked the link for, no offense to the poster's (excellent, again) sentiments.
And believe me, I am trying to help. /w

Thanks. I never took your comments and suggestions in a negative way. My interest is in getting the information out. Whatever and whoever assists in that effort is welcome.

Saddam may have been responsible for the mass murder of 6 million Iraqis.
This is an amazing number that the left wing maggots and their mirror cousins the right wing extremists do not want to be revealed to America..

Excellent Work. I will be linking your thread to any whining thread about no WMDs.

Excellent post! Thanks for putting this together.
To: PogySailor
Thanks, "PogySailor." The truth is available to anyone with even the slightest "oomph" to go search for it most especially members of the media. Which is why there's no excuse for the media to keep harping on WMD as the supposed "only" reason to remove the Hussein regime.

No one ever brings the issue of paying for oil in Euro! There are alligation that Saddam insistance on getting Euros instead of Dollars for his oil may have pissed the US?
To: philosofy123
You know, there are all sorts of people who spin the most amazing stories about alien abductions, UFO's, Big Foot, ghosts, alien autopsies, etc. These stories sound great late at night on Coast-to-Coast (Art Bell's old show), but it doesn't make them true any more than the anti-U.S., anti-Bush tales being spun about the Battle of Iraq. For those of us who don't ground our political viewpoints in fantasy, however, truth is found in the actual record of recent events.
