Sort of like the whole medical mj thing has been discredited since it the child of Soros and his drug legalization strategy leading to more UN control, a new world order and total gun control.

Don't let Soros's black helicopters and mind control devices get you.

And roscoe his usual question-dodging self.

MrLeroy said the helicopters were painted with psychedelic rainbows.

Smeared in the sense that they're making a big deal out of one drunken driving incident in a remote town where no one was hurt.

You're starting to sound like a Libertarian there Bobby...Nobody got hurt so he shouldn't be punished for drunk driving

Why do you not hold public officials to the same standard as the "little people"?

You are the only one who is discrediting him based on the dismissed cases.

That is a lie; I am discrediting him based on the grossly incompetent, if not simply deceptive, police work documented in post #8.

How often is someone's professional future brought into question because of a single drunken driving conviction in some backwater town like Ruidoso, New Mexico?

So it's less bad to drive drunk if you're in a "backwater town"?

How is that relevant to whether the mistake-maker is discredited?

Sort of like the whole medical mj thing has been discredited since it the child of Soros

Non sequitur and ad hominem in the same post---a triumph of the Drug Warrior's art.

"Why do you not hold public officials to the same standard as the "little people"?"

Just saying that his detractors had to go looking through the records from dinky little towns to find something to hold against him. Plus they're treating his case, with all the hoopla, as though someone was injured or killed by his actions.

Same standards? Sure. But are "little people" expected to stand down from their job, also?

You are discrediting him based on the police work documented in post #8.

I don't know how many people he was investigating. But 46 people were charged. This was dangerous, drug-related undercover work where he had to resort to notes written on his skin.

Could he have gotten a time or date wrong? Sure. In those (ten) cases where the evidence wasn't solid, or obvious mistakes were made, the cases were dismissed.

But you're saying that all 28 guilty pleas, and all seven court convictions should be thrown out? Hah! You tell me who has the agenda now, MrLeRoy.

Were any drugs found in any of the cases? Or any evidence other than Coleman's testimony?

"The hearing turned into what seemed to many in the courtroom a trial of Coleman himself."

Well, there you have it in a nutshell. A "gun nut" who used the "n" word.

Sounds a little like the OJ case and the treatment of Mark Fuhrman. Same result expected when the bleeding heart, touch-feely liberals get involved.

Which you're starting to sound like.

No and no. Not required when 28 people confess.

And in the seven cases that went to trial, not necessary to the seven integrated juries who unanimously convicted the defendants, and not necessary to the courts of appeal.

So what's your point, MrLeRoy?

They are on a mission to free these drug dealers. The ACLU and the NAACP are all over this one.

WTF are they going to say? Where were they during the actual trial? What did they say back then?

No, MeLeRoy, I'm sure you would categorize their actions as "seeking justice".

Yes, they're on a mission. They know which way the ACLU and NAACP wind is blowing.
